Travelpass FAQ's
| 01 | Does my pass include accommodation?
No. Travelpass™ gives you complete freedom to choose where you want to stay. |
02 | Can I change my departure dates? Yes. You can make changes to your itinerary up to 2 hours prior to departure on all coach sectors. |
03 | Can I get off anywhere? Yes. If you’ve found a place you like the look of, or a job for a few weeks, as long as it’s a registered stop within our network you can pause your pass anytime within the validity of the pass. |
| 04 | How long are passes valid for? All Travelpasses™ are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Activation occurs once travel has been booked against the pass. |
05 | Can I book travel outside of
my pass? Yes! InterCity’s national network is bound to have a service that fits your travel plans. Just give us a call. Extra travel is at an additional cost. |
06 | What’s included in my pass? Coach transport and commentary on selected services. All national passes include a one way journey on the Interislander ferry between Wellington and Picton. Meals, accommodation and optional activities are not included in your pass price. |
